Small plush is unforgiving. At 8–12 cm there is nowhere to hide a bad seam, a misplaced eye or a face that has drifted two millimetres off centre — and it is usually the item you need in the highest quantity at the lowest unit cost.

We run small plush on dedicated lines with jigs that fix eye and nose placement, so the thousandth piece matches the first. Embroidery is preferred over print at this size because it survives handling in a pocket or on a rucksack, and we specify a heavier keyring loop bar-tacked through the seam rather than glued or single-stitched. For promotional runs, PVC charm and lanyard combinations, header cards, blister packs and blind-box inners are all assembled in house, so you receive a finished retail unit rather than loose parts.
