Frequently asked questions
The questions our sales engineers answer every week. If yours is not here, ask it directly — you will get a real answer, not a brochure.
Ordering & MOQ
300 pieces per design and colourway for plush toys, 500 pieces for small plush and accessories, and 1,000 pieces for soft PVC figures that need new tooling. Polyresin display pieces start at 300, and hand-cast pieces at 100. Reorders of an approved pattern can go lower — we hold the pattern and colour card on file, so a repeat run of 100 is often workable.
Yes. A large share of our repeat customers placed a first order of a few hundred pieces. We will tell you plainly if your quantity does not work for a particular process, and suggest a construction that does.
T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against a copy bill of lading is standard. We accept L/C at sight for larger programmes, and PayPal or credit card for samples and small orders. Deposits are invoiced from our company account only — we will never ask you to pay a personal account.
Design & sampling
A front view is enough to start. Front, side and back views, or a photograph of a similar toy, will save a revision round. For vinyl, a vector file or 3D model is ideal. A phone photograph of a sketch on paper is genuinely enough for a first plush quotation.
Yes — that is ODM work. Our design team develops character proportions, poses and material choices with you, and the resulting pattern or sculpt belongs to you. Design development is quoted separately and is usually credited against bulk production.
Yes. A plush sample is typically USD 80–200 depending on complexity, and a vinyl sample with a 3D-printed proof is USD 250–600. Two revision rounds are included. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order, so it costs you nothing if the project proceeds.
7–10 working days for plush from receipt of approved artwork, and 15–20 working days for a painted vinyl figure including the 3D proof step. Rush sampling is possible — tell us the deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
We sign your NDA or ours before receiving artwork. Your patterns, sculpts, colour cards and samples are held under your project code and are never shown to other customers or displayed in our showroom. We will not reproduce your design for anyone else, and we will not copy someone else's design for you.
Production & quality
25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, for typical quantities. Very large runs, hand-set hair, hand painting or complex packaging extend this. We give you a dated production plan with your order confirmation and photo updates at 20%, 50% and 100%.
Yes. We specify materials against the destination market's requirements from the first sample and coordinate third-party testing with SGS, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek or Bureau Veritas. The report is issued in your company's name. Tell us the destination markets when you brief us, because they change the material selection.
Yes. Recycled RPET plush, recycled PET fill, GOTS-certified organic cotton, FSC hang tags and plastic-free packaging are all available with supporting documentation. They carry a cost premium, so mention them in the brief rather than after quotation.
Always. You are welcome to visit, to send your own QC staff, or to book a third-party inspection with SGS, QIMA, Bureau Veritas or your preferred agency. We inspect internally to AQL 2.5 general, 4.0 minor, 0 critical, and we will hold shipment until your inspector releases it.
Shipping & payment
EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, CIF and DDP by sea or air. Samples go by DHL, FedEx or UPS. For bulk we work with your nominated forwarder or arrange it ourselves, including split shipments to several markets from one production run and direct-to-Amazon-FBA delivery with FNSKU labelling.
Yes, and we encourage it. We are in Futian District, Shenzhen, about 45 minutes from Bao’an International Airport and ten minutes from the Futian Port crossing into Hong Kong. Tell us when you are coming and we will arrange collection and a full floor walk-through — including the lines that are not running your product.
