A mascot is not a toy design problem, it is a brand consistency problem. The character has to look the same in the 10 cm keyring, the 25 cm shelf plush and the vinyl figure on the reception desk — across reorders that may be two years apart.

We build a mascot as a family, not as a single item. One master pattern is graded up and down so proportions stay recognisable at every size, and Pantone references are locked into a physical colour card that we keep on file for repeat orders. Costumes, accessories and props are made as separate approved components, which means a seasonal variant — a scarf, a jersey, a festival T-shirt — is a small change order rather than a new development. If your character also exists as a vinyl figure, the same 3D sculpt drives both lines, so the shapes agree.
