What we manufacture
Six product lines, one factory
Most buyers arrive with one product and leave with a programme. Because plush and vinyl sit under the same roof, a mascot can ship as a soft toy, a keyring and a collectible figure without a second supplier.

Custom plush toys
Classic stuffed animals, character plush and cuddle toys made from your sketch, photograph or 3D file — in any pile height, fill weight and size you need.

A factory that behaves like a product partner
Sampling, safety testing and packing are handled by people you can reach by name — not by an account manager three companies removed from the sewing line.
You are talking to the factory
Our sales engineers sit fifty metres from the cutting tables. Ask about stitch density or fabric pile height and you get an answer the same day, not a forwarded email.
Pattern-making is in-house
Flat artwork, a photo of a costume or a rough sketch is enough. Our pattern makers translate 2D into a sewn 3D shape and send you photos before cutting a single metre of fabric.
Built to pass, not to hope
We spec materials against EN71-1/2/3, ASTM F963 and CPSIA from the first sample, and coordinate third-party lab testing with SGS, TÜV, Intertek or BV so certificates arrive with the goods.
MOQs that fit a launch
From 300 pieces per design for plush, and small-batch runs for resin and vinyl. Start with a test order, scale when the market answers.
Material library on site
Short pile, long pile, sherpa, corduroy, minky, recycled RPET, organic cotton, plus PP cotton and weighted fills. Swatch cards ship with your sample so approvals happen once.
Packed the way retail needs it
Hang tags, care labels, barcodes, polybags with suffocation warnings, gift boxes, blind-box inners and export cartons — printed and assembled before the container is sealed.
How it works
From sketch to sealed carton in five steps
The same route every project takes. Nothing moves forward until you have signed off on the step before.

Quick answers
What buyers ask first
300 pieces per design and colourway for plush toys, 500 pieces for small plush and accessories, and 1,000 pieces for soft PVC figures that need new tooling. Polyresin display pieces start at 300, and hand-cast pieces at 100. Reorders of an approved pattern can go lower — we hold the pattern and colour card on file, so a repeat run of 100 is often workable.
7–10 working days for plush from receipt of approved artwork, and 15–20 working days for a painted vinyl figure including the 3D proof step. Rush sampling is possible — tell us the deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, for typical quantities. Very large runs, hand-set hair, hand painting or complex packaging extend this. We give you a dated production plan with your order confirmation and photo updates at 20%, 50% and 100%.
Yes. We specify materials against the destination market's requirements from the first sample and coordinate third-party testing with SGS, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek or Bureau Veritas. The report is issued in your company's name. Tell us the destination markets when you brief us, because they change the material selection.
A front view is enough to start. Front, side and back views, or a photograph of a similar toy, will save a revision round. For vinyl, a vector file or 3D model is ideal. A phone photograph of a sketch on paper is genuinely enough for a first plush quotation.
